A department store A large shop stocking many varieties of goods in different departments. |
A haute Couture Expensive, fashionable clothing produced by leading fashion houses of good quality. |
Pret-a-Porter Designer clothes sold ready to wear rather than made to measure. |
Ready to wear Clothes made for the general market and sold through shops rather than made to order for an individual customer. |
A pop up shop A temporary stand, stall or small build that can house a variety of items to sell, tailored for the location it is set. |
A market stall An open space or covered building where vendors convene to sell their goods |
A vintage store A shop that sells on clothing and accessories that have been salvaged from past decades, to be worn again by todays consumer. |
